Terms and Conditions of Use – CasetaDirecta

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of foldable houses and related products offered by CasetaDirecta.

2. Orders and returns

All orders are custom-made according to the client’s specifications. Therefore, no returns or cancellations will be accepted once manufacturing has begun.

3. Warranty

All our products include a legal warranty of 3 years against manufacturing and material defects.

This warranty excludes consumable components (such as floors, coatings, or accessories subject to normal wear).

4. Manufacturing and delivery times

The estimated delivery time is 60 calendar days: approximately 15 days for manufacturing and 45 days for sea freight and customs clearance.

These timeframes are indicative and may vary due to reasons beyond CasetaDirecta’s control (international transport delays, customs, port availability, strikes, weather conditions, or force majeure).

CasetaDirecta shall not be liable for delays caused by such external factors. The client accepts that delivery times are approximate and may be extended without entitlement to compensation or cancellation.

5. Payment terms

• 50% upon order confirmation and start of manufacturing.
• 25% when goods leave the port of origin.
• 25% upon delivery at destination.

6. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the jurisdiction of CasetaDirecta.
