Certificates and Compliance

At CasetaDirecta we work with manufacturers that comply with European standards (CE) and international quality and safety regulations. Below you can find the certificates already available and the documentation in progress for each product and component.

✅ Available Certificates

📑 CE – EN 1090-1 (Metal structure) · CPR (EU) 305/2011

Verification of Conformity for the structure according to EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 (applicable to steel frames). Validity according to issuing body.

🔌 LVD + EMC – Electrical system and components

  • Cables – CE (LVD 2014/35/EU) · EN 50525-2-31
  • Sockets – CE (LVD + EMC) · UDEM certified
  • Circuit breakers – CE · EN 60898-1 (Intertek test reports)

⚡ SAA and UL Certifications (components)

Some components are certified with SAA (Australia/New Zealand) and/or UL (international electrical safety).

♻️ RoHS 2.0 (2011/65/EU + 2015/863/EU)

Testing for restricted substances (Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr VI, etc.) in non-metallic parts. Result: PASS.

🧪 Material testing – Asbestos-free

Independent laboratory tests (AS 4964-2004) confirming no asbestos content in panels and flooring materials.

📝 Documentation in Progress

  • CE Declaration of Conformity for the complete house module (by model), including directives (LVD, EMC, CPR), applied standards and manufacturer’s signature.
  • Sandwich panels: fire performance EN 13501-1 and thermal/structural performance (EN 14509 or EN 13165).
  • External doors and windows: EN 14351-1 (airtightness, watertightness, wind resistance, insulation).
  • Global performance: thermal (EN ISO 6946) and acoustic (EN ISO 717-1).
  • Additional fire tests: EN ISO 11925-2 (ignitability) and EN 13823 (SBI).
  • User/installation manual (EN/ES) + photo of CE marking on the unit.
